Room Scanner on your computer

Open your synced floor plans on Windows in Edge or Chrome. Edit supported plan details, organize survey evidence and prepare property reports on a larger screen.
Use the same Apple Account as on your iPhone or iPad. Internet connection required.
Add an optional desktop shortcut
In Microsoft Edge, choose the app installation icon in the address bar, then Install. You can also find Install app under the browser menu → More tools → Apps.
In Chrome, choose the install icon in the address bar, or open the browser menu → Cast, save and share → Install page as app.
After installation, use the app’s menu to manage shortcuts or pin it to your taskbar. If installation is unavailable or restricted by your organization, bookmark this page and use Open workspace. Installing does not enable offline editing.

Save and sync in the app
Create or scan your plan on iPhone or iPad. Save it, keep Room Scanner online and let iCloud finish uploading before switching devices.

Sign in on your computer
Open the workspace and sign in with the same Apple Account used for iCloud on your device. Open your plan from Library or Projects.

Review, edit and save
Choose Edit scan. Select an item or use the inspector, apply your changes, then Save to iCloud. Wait for confirmation before editing the same plan on another device.

Keep your phone for capture
The browser workspace complements the app. LiDAR capture, advanced geometry editing, version restoration and some native export formats still require the iPhone or iPad app. This is an online workspace, not a native Windows application.
A plan has not appeared?
Check that both devices use the same Apple Account. Open Room Scanner on your phone with internet access and allow time for iCloud to upload. In the workspace, choose Check again. Avoid editing the same plan on two devices at once.
